Fire Safety Inspections
Our ULC listing means that we are guaranteed to provide the inspection and service requirements on fire alarm systems per the 2018 BC Fire Code & CAN/ULC- S536 requirements to leave our customers comfortable knowing that the service is being provided to the best possible standard.

Our Approach
We work closely with contractors, developers, owners and the local authorities having jurisdiction to create industry leading fire safety plans.
Fire Safety Plans
We also offer the creation of construction fire safety plans, complete with hot work permits, to meet section 5.6 of the 2018 BC Fire Code for single buildings and multi-phase developments.
Our fire safety plans include and reference the application of the many National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards to ensure the proper inspection, maintenance, and testing of life safety equipment. Our offerings include:

Fire Alarm Monitoring
Along with our partner Shark Security, we operate a 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week monitoring system for your protection. If your alarm is activated a signal is immediately sent to the call center where a fire department is alerted.
